Terms of Service for Ushaar Hoomans Pvt Ltd

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, apps, WhatsApp bot, and any other products or services (collectively, the "Services") offered by Ushaar Hoomans Pvt Ltd ("Ushaar Hoomans", "we", "us", "our") and its sub-brands — Hoomans Co., Kissa, and Lyst. By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Ushaar Hoomans Pvt Ltd is a private limited company incorporated in India, with its registered office in Kochi, Kerala. We operate under the brand names Hoomans Co., Kissa, and Lyst. References to any sub-brand in these Terms apply equally to Ushaar Hoomans Pvt Ltd as the legal entity behind it.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us.

Your Account

• You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping it accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.

User Content

If you submit content through the Services (for example, messages to the WhatsApp bot or feedback) you retain ownership of that content, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, store, copy, modify, and display that content for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this licence.

Payments

Where the Services include paid features, prices and payment terms will be displayed at the point of purchase. All payments are processed by third-party payment service providers; by paying for a Service you also agree to the terms of the relevant provider. Unless required by law or stated in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, all payments are non-refundable.
