You may request to cancel an order or a service before it has been processed, dispatched, or delivered. To request a cancellation, write to hej@hoomans.dev with your order or transaction reference. Once an order has been processed, dispatched, or a service has begun delivery, it can no longer be cancelled.

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days of receipt. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount may take additional time to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund within 14 business days of approval, contact us at hej@hoomans.dev.
For physical products eligible for a refund, you may be asked to return the item in its original, unused condition with all packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our side. We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
